
Cancellation policy
At At EverWell Aesthetics, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be times when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients and to respect the time of our staff, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any appointments. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. No-shows may also be required to prepay for future appointments in order to secure their booking.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to adjust or shorten your treatment time to accommodate the next client, while the full service fee will still apply. If we cannot accommodate your late arrival, it will be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation fee may be applied.
4. Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. If you are experiencing an unavoidable circumstance that prevents you from making your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of EverWell Aesthetics.
